OneLink Pay is a technology & services platform; payment, stablecoin and related financial services are provided by regulated financial institutions in our network. ONELINK PAY is not a bank, licensed money transmitter or custodian, and does not hold, pool or take custody of client funds at any time.
By accessing or using ONELINK PAY services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ONELINK PAY.
ONELINK PAY is a technology & services platform. We provide identity orchestration, compliance screening, quoting, order placement and status tracking for fiat-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-fiat transactions. The conversion and payment services themselves are provided by regulated financial institutions (PFIs) in our network, and all transactions are executed by those institutions.
You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of a sanctioned jurisdiction to use our services. You represent that you are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and are not on any sanctions lists. Our compliance partners may conduct identity verification as part of KYC/AML requirements.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable regulations.
Deposits: You pay fiat currency directly to the designated account of a regulated financial institution (PFI) in our network, which converts it to USDT or USDC at the exchange rate provided at the time of transaction. The stablecoins are paid by the PFI directly to your pre-registered and approved whitelisted wallet address. Withdrawals: Stablecoin withdrawals are converted by the PFI to fiat currency and paid by the PFI directly to your verified bank account. ONELINK PAY does not hold, pool or take custody of your funds at any point. All transactions require completed identity verification. Processing times vary by method and jurisdiction.
Transaction limits are determined by your verification level. Fees are disclosed at the time of each transaction and include network processing fees. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Exchange rates are locked at the time of quote creation and valid for the indicated window.
You may not use our services for: any illegal purpose under applicable law, transactions involving sanctioned individuals or jurisdictions, money laundering or fraud, purchase of controlled substances, or any activity that violates AML/CTF regulations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Stablecoin values may fluctuate. Blockchain network congestion may delay transactions. You acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your transactions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONELINK PAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PENALTIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONELINK PAY, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ONELINK PAY is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
